I know and have seen the video of how to do it but am debating on soldering the neck wires together and then using heat shrink tubing I have on each one to secure them. I'm also curious about the lever that detaches the neck.

  2. Hace 4 días · To keep it simple, you can start by focusing on the Les Paul Standard. For the most part, the biggest variation here will be 50's vs 60's neck profile, and pickups depending on the year of the guitar. You can find a used standard in your price range.

  3. 27 de jun. de 2024 · The top two knobs, the two closest to you, control the neck pickup. The bottom two (those further away from you) control the bridge pickup. The front two knobs, those closest to the neck, are the volume controls. The back two, those closest to the bridge, are the tone knobs.

  4. Brand new Les Paul. It stays in its case most of the time laying flat and I keep having tuning issues...just found this neck to be twisted. How bad is this?

  6. 9 de jun. de 2024 · The slim Taper D neck of my Epiphone Les Paul Special VE is 22mm from the 1st fret and 23mm from the 12th fret. Wizard neck is especially great for fast playing. It pretty much doesn’t have shoulders at all, and moving up and down the fretboard is smooth.

  7. Hace 6 días · Among the pics of Paisley Telecasters and ’Bursts was a shot of a black Les Paul Custom fitted with what, to my inexperienced eyes, appeared to be an unusual neck pickup. It had chunky rectangular polepieces and looked like a relic from an earlier era.
