If you’re really nervous about healing a more complicated piercing, I would get one at a time so you can focus on the surface tragus - the lobe will heal faster and with a lot less problems so I would say maybe get that one first?
Another type of tragus piercing that is similar to the tragus piercing but only punctures the skin rather than the cartilage is the surface tragus piercing. But since the jewellery is under the skin, there’s a chance the body will reject it and think it’s an alien thing that has to be forced out.
