Founded in 1874, only two years after the establishment of the Girls’ Day School Trust, Croydon High is the Trust’s second-oldest school (after Notting Hill and Ealing High). Its site, backing on to 20 acres of gently rolling, leafy Selsdon, barely qualifies as Croydon.
Croydon High is an exceptional school with a strong sense of community where achievement and aspiration are celebrated in equal measure. Our school mantra is ‘every girl, every day’, meaning staff strive to bring something new and memorable to every learning experience.
