The Alchemy Index Vols. III & IV: Air & Earth is the sixth studio album by American rock band Thrice. It consists of the final two volumes of The Alchemy Index, a four-disc concept album that was split between two releases, the first in October 2007 and the second in April 2008.

Thrice - The Alchemy Index Vols. III & IV review: Thrice finishes up their alchemical concept albums beautifully. While air has the least elemental unity, it houses several of Thrice's most impressive pieces. Earth's songs flow wonderfully and leave a lasting emotional fingerprint on the listener.
As with all double albums, there's a little bit of filler to wade through, but as a whole The Alchemy Index gives you 18 songs worth listening to, a feat that not many double albums manage. Although these volumes are the highlights, the first two are definitely worth picking up to complete the set.
