Princess Louise Caroline of Hesse-Kassel (German: Luise Karoline von Hessen-Kassel; 28 September 1789 – 13 March 1867) was the consort of Friedrich Wilhelm, Duke of Schleswig-Holstein-Sonderburg-Glücksburg and the matriarch of the House of Glücksburg.

Princess Louise (or, as she preferred, Marie Louise) was the second daughter and youngest surviving child of Princess Helena and Prince Christian of Schleswig-Holstein. She married Prince Aribert of Anhalt in 1891 but separated from him after nine years.
