Graduates from the administrative, financial and political branches of the Mülkiye have taken on important positions in the Turkish bureaucracy, especially in the Ministries of Finance, Interior and Foreign Affairs.
On March 23, 1950, with the law no. 5627, it came under the umbrella of Ankara University and was named Ankara University Faculty of Political Sciences.
