Tamanna (transl. Desire) is a 1997 Indian Hindi-language drama film directed by Mahesh Bhatt. It stars Paresh Rawal , Pooja Bhatt , Sharad Kapoor and Manoj Bajpayee . The screenplay was written by Tanuja Chandra .
