Burroughs is the only school in Missouri’s six classes that had both its girls and boys basketball teams advance to the final four in the 2023-24 season. Both teams made it to the championship game — the girls placed first and the boys placed second making it a milestone year for the Burroughs basketball program.

The John Burroughs High School College & Career Center is open daily between 8:00 A.M. to 4:00 P.M., Monday thru Friday, August through May.
