Serpent's Fang is a legendary item in League of Legends. Shield Reaver will affect all shields (including physical damage shields) except magic damage shields. Shield Reaver will reduce all active shields before the triggering damage instance.
Once they are defeated, a group of Spellfiends and a Blackcaster Storm Mage appear along with a huge storm atronach named Stormbringer. Go up the stairs and face more Iron Orcs. Down the hall, and up more stairs, are more Orcs and a Skyshard. Push past the final group of Orcs, then turn right.

UNIQUE Passive: Dealing damage to an enemy champion inflicts them with venom for 3 seconds, reducing any shields they gain within the duration by [50% for Melee | 35% for Ranged], and if the target was not already afflicted by the venom, reducing all of their active shields by the same amount.
