In an anarchist future civilization, Allan and his family move out of the city. Surviving on the waste, his wife eventually becomes pregnant. They discover there’s a great shortage of water and the family must go out and look for water.
Allan and Lisa flee the war-torn city of Sweetwater with their young son for the safety of the municipal dump in this sleepy war drama. They join other displaced survivors who were driven from their homes.
