Henrietta Godolphin, 2nd Duchess of Marlborough (19 July 1681 – 24 October 1733) was the daughter of John Churchill, 1st Duke of Marlborough, general of the army, and Sarah Jennings, Duchess of Marlborough, close friend and business manager of Queen Anne.

Henrietta Godolphin, 2nd Duchess of Marlborough (19 July 1681 – 24 October 1733) was the daughter of John Churchill, 1st Duke of Marlborough, general of the army, and Sarah Jennings, Duchess of Marlborough, close friend and business manager of Queen Anne.
Her mother was the well known Sarah, Duchess of Marlborough and she was born on 20th July 1681. Later she succeeded to her father's titles under a special Act of Parliament. Henrietta died on 24th October and was buried on 9th November 1733.

Her father was a rising soldier in the service of Charles II, her mother a member of the household of Mary of Modena, Duchess of York. In 1698 she married Francis Godolphin son of Sidney Godolphin and his wife, Margaret Blagge whom she bore two sons and three daughters.
