Henry Joy McCracken (31 August 1767 – 17 July 1798) was an Irish republican executed in Belfast for his part in leading United Irishmen in the Rebellion of 1798.

11 de ago. de 2022 · Henry Joy McCracken was a United Irish leader who refused to betray his comrades and was hanged on 17th July 1798. His sister Mary Ann witnessed his execution and wrote about it in her letters to a historian.
