Ernst Jandl ( Viena, 1 de agosto de 1925 – ibid. 9 de junio de 2000) fue un escritor, poeta y traductor austriaco 1 . Biografía. Nació en el seno de una familia católica. En agosto de 1943 fue reclutado por el ejército alemán y se entregó a los estadounidenses en el frente occidental en 1945.
Ernst Jandl (German:; 1 August 1925 – 9 June 2000) was an Austrian writer, poet, and translator. He became known for his experimental lyric, mainly sound poems (Sprechgedichte) in the tradition of concrete and visual poetic forms.
