One of the most anti-immersive things about the Sims 4 is that the townies can pretty much just be little shell people walking around doing nothing, having no personality, etc etc. So, I've developed a small obsession with mods that improve townie realism, automatically assign them personality features, and/or fix their strange outfit choices.

This mod similar like zero version, but my version 10 % like npcc. Example, premade sim or played npc sim will take community lot role such like bartender, gym trainer, librarian, and more without their real career ...

I hear you: it can be a huge hassle to download and place townies. So, I created a save file filled with townies, each with their own unique skills, quirks, likes and dislikes, outfits, and careers. This is a pack-heavy experience. If you don't have very many packs, check out this save file.
Lowers the number of required homeless sims for each neighborhood in San Myshuno, Sulani and Mr. Komorebi to 1. The appropriate cultural sims are still generated when you visit a neighborhood. The mod doesn't forbid townies from spawning in their assigned locations.
