Cavern Catastrophe is the second level in Crash Twinsanity and also the second level on N. Sanity Island. The level takes place after Mecha-Bandicoot has been defeated, and is the first level to feature rollerbrawling.

Once you exit Cavern Catastrophe you end up to the other end of N.Sanity Island, if you go backwards along the seashore you eventually find a cavern containing a path that takes you back to the first part of the island, the one where Crash's house is.
