Andrew Ivan Bell ( Peterborough, Inglaterra; 25 de abril de 1964) es un cantante y compositor británico. Ha publicado tres álbumes de estudio como solista: Electric Blue (2005), Non-Stop (2010) y Ipop (2014). Aunque saltó a la fama como integrante del dúo de synth pop, Erasure.
