Phillip Noyce is an Australian film and television director. Since 1977, he has directed over 19 feature films in various genres, including historical drama ; thrillers ; and action films. He has also directed the Jack Ryan adaptations Patriot Games (1992) and Clear and Present Danger (1994), as well as the 2014 adaptation of Lois Lowry's The Giver.

Phillip Noyce (s. 29. huhtikuuta 1950 Griffith, Uusi Etelä-Wales, Australia) on australialainen ohjaaja. Hänet tunnetaan muun muassa elokuvista Isku Kolumbiaan (1994) ja Hiljainen amerikkalainen (2002). Hän on ohjannut myös minisarjat The Dismissal (1983) ja The Cowra Breakout (1984) sekä televisiosarjoja Brotherhood ja True Calling.
Życiorys. Noyce jest australijskim filmowcem chętnie pracującym w Stanach Zjednoczonych. Od dwunastego roku życia mieszkał w Sydney. Pierwsze krótkie filmy zrealizował w wieku 18 lat, studiował w szkole filmowej. W dłuższym metrażu debiutował w 1977 ( Backroads ). Realizował filmy i seriale dla australijskiej telewizji.
