Depends if we are talking marked Muichiro or not. Honestly, even after reading the manga, Rengoku seems more powerful to me. First of all, Rengoku managed to restrain upper 3 without the mark. In comparison, Muichiro managed to defeat upper 4, but only with the mark drastically increasing his strength and speed.

Rengoku would most likely take it. Tokito is very strong, and gifted for his age, but that doesn’t mean he’s better than the people around his level who have years more experience ... Hinting mitsuri did had a mark now if we remember base rengoku performed better against akaza than base giyu or at the very worse same.
