Narcotics officer Rita Rizzoli is working on a case involving some cocaine called "Fatal Beauty." A gang has stolen the shipment of the drug that is so unusually pure that it is leaving a trail of dead bodies. Rita teams up with Mike, who is employed by the original owner of the cocaine to help track the thieves down before anyone else dies.
