Bennington’s graduate programs are built on the belief that making new work is at the heart of the educational process. The College’s graduate programs are small, intensive, and highly selective. They are best suited for students who have a strong sense of what they want from graduate work and know how to assume responsibility for the design of their educations.
Bennington College awards merit and need-based financial aid based on the total cost of tuition, room, board, and required fees. Award packages for students who seek and are granted permission to be excluded from the College’s meal plan or from Bennington College housing will have their cost of attendance and financial aid offer revised accordingly.
Faculty. Bennington drama faculty are teacher-practitioners accomplished in their fields who offer students an outstanding combination of small group courses, tutorials, and project-based learning, centered on the cross-pollination of all the programs within the discipline, as well with other disciplines at the College.
