Grant-Lee Phillips (born Bryan G. Phillips on 1 September 1963 in Stockton, California) is an American singer-songwriter and multi-instrumentalist. He is probably best known as the voice and vision of the critically-acclaimed group Grant Lee Buffalo , which existed from 1992 to 1999.
