Hace 2 días · David Lynch's "Eraserhead" is the cult film to end all cult films, and its reputation has only grown in the almost-fifty years since its release. It's a shockingly vivid 90-minute fever dream, which quite a few directors have tried to rip off, but none successfully; as a work of film, it stands entirely alone.

There are elements of Americana eccentricities within The Straight Story that feel reminiscent of Twin Peaks, but overall the film is the cinematic equivalent of a stripped down acoustic set for David Lynch.
