Courses. Magdalene College admits students to study all academic degree subjects offered at Cambridge. There are over 30 undergraduate courses at Cambridge. Courses at Cambridge cover over 65 subject areas allowing students to specialise their interests and direction of study.
Here are just a few of the reasons why many students choose to apply to Magdalene: Our size. Each year we admit just over 100 undergraduates, and are home to about 350 undergraduates and 200 postgraduates. This is big enough for everyone to find their niche, but small enough to remain personal and for most members of College to know one another.
The College Law Society plays an important role in Magdalene's legal life. The officers of the society are undergraduates, and they play a major part in organising the society’s activities. The society organises social events each term, together with a careers evening, a second-hand book sale, and a range of mooting.
