The Grand Canyon is beautiful and a must see but I do not recommend seeing it at Grand Canyon West. The Skywalk and whole process of getting to the Skywalk is a tourist trap. Lots of waiting in lines to buy tickets, load shuttle buses and obtain food and drinks. The tickets, food and merchandise for sale are also very overpriced.
