Paul Mazursky, rodným jménem Irwin Lawrence Mazursky, (25. dubna 1930 – 30. června 2014) byl americký filmový režisér, scenárista, producent a herec. Narodil se v newyorském Brooklynu do židovské rodiny. V roce 1951 získal vzdělání na Brooklyn College a následně se začal věnovat herecké kariéře.

Paul Mazursky (født 25. april 1930 i Brooklyn, New York, død 30. juni 2014) var en amerikansk skuespiller, manuskriptforfatter og instruktør. Mazursky fik sin filmdebut som skuespiller i 1953, senere sporadiske filmroller, bl.a. i The Blackboard Jungle (Vend dem ikke ryggen, 1955).
