Richard Franklin Lennox Thomas Pryor III (1. joulukuuta 1940 Peoria, Illinois – 10. joulukuuta 2005 Encino, Kalifornia) oli yhdysvaltalainen koomikko, näyttelijä ja käsikirjoittaja.. Richard Pryor trebuia să joace rolul lui Josephus în Istoria lumii: partea I, dar cu două zile înainte de filmarea scenelor în care apărea, a fost spitalizat cu arsuri grave într-un incident foarte mediatizat.
