In September of 1999, the Patrick Henry High School Foundation was incorporated as a 501 (c)3 nonprofit. The Foundation was originally established to administer the Wallin Scholarship Program at Patrick Henry. Since that time, the Foundation has sought to increase its involvement with students, parents and teachers to develop the necessary.
