Konstantin Hermann Karl Freiherr von Neurath (Kleinglattbach (bij Vaihingen an der Enz), 2 februari 1873 – Enzweihingen, 14 augustus 1956) was een Duits diplomaat en nazipoliticus. Hij was ook een SS-Obergruppenführer ( luitenant-generaal ) in de Schutzstaffel tijdens de Tweede Wereldoorlog .
Under the secret law of 4 September 1938 von Neurath was a member of the Reich Defense Council by virtue of his presidency of the Secret Cabinet Council. This fact is shown by the enclosure of a copy of that law in a letter addressed to von Neurath as Reich Protector for Bohemia and Moravia on 6 September 1939 (2194-PS).

Pochádzal zo šľachtickej rodiny, mal titul barón/slobodný pán. Po vyštudovaní práva roku 1892 začal pracovať najprv v právnej firme v Kleinglattbachu.
Konstantin Hermann Karl von Neurath, född 2 februari 1873 i Kleinglattbach, död 14 augusti 1956 i Enzweihingen, var en tysk friherre, jurist, politiker och diplomat. Han var Weimarrepublikens siste och Tredje rikets förste utrikesminister. Han blev SS-Obergruppenführer 1943.
