Hace 3 días · It's h.264, 1920x1080 59.94FPS. Apparently this framerate is not adjustable using the native Quicktime Player screen capture. If I drop it into a 24fps timeline, realtime playback halts. Ideally I would like to convert it to 24FPS by throwing away frames instead of creating a slow motion effect.

29 de jun. de 2024 · Slow Motion Effect. when AnimElem number 5 of anim 3012 hits the opponent it falls in slow motion, (I know about guard pause time and hit pause time which stops the opponent and the p1 for while but this isnt like that). I want to extract slow motion code in order to use with other normal or super moves.

Hace 4 días · With the Pause controller. You trigger it on an interval, giving the time a small number and the movetime set to 0. Like: Code: trigger1 = gametime%3=0 ; Trigger every three ticks. time = 2. movetime = 0. Play around with the values to get what you want.
