Alan Hoffar a.k.a. "Alan" The newest addition to Tropic Bombs, Alan brings extensive knowledge and experience to the band, having toured professionally in the past. Alan beefs up the rhythm with his eclectic styles including metal, funk, punk, and rock bass.
We Are the Fury is an American rock band. The band was founded in Toledo, Ohio in 1999, [2] as a nu metal band called Hearsay. [3] The original lineup consisted of vocalist Jeremy Lublin, guitarist Chris Hatfield, bassist Alan Hoffar, and drummer Lublin.
Born in early 1999 when three high school classmates unexpectedly crossed paths, Alan Hoffar, Chris Hatfield and Jeremy Lublin after only playing together a few days christened the trio Hearsay. Adding Jeremy's younger brother Steve to the drums only a few days later, the band grew as a four piece for about a year.

1 de ene. de 2021 · After a while, we went from three to four members when we brought our friend Alan Hoffar to play bass. We were totally set on being a three-piece, but jamming with Alan worked so well that making him a member of Tropic Bombs seemed to be the best route to take.
