1 de dic. de 2016 · Stylistically ranging from pop to garage rock to folk to country, Diary of a Mod Housewife was masterfully produced by Cars guitarist Elliott Easton, who also played on the record along with other seasoned pros such as Don Heffington, Ira Kaplan, Tony Maimone, and Jay Sherman-Godfrey.

Ira David Kaplan (born January 7, 1957) is a co-founder, vocalist, guitarist and songwriter in the American indie rock band Yo La Tengo. He is married to the band's co-founder Georgia Hubley. A graduate of Sarah Lawrence College, Kaplan formed Yo La Tengo in the early 1980s.
This album was produced in large part by Cars alumni Elliot Easton and the band includes country players (session vets Greg Leisz and Don Heffington) and rockers (Ira Kaplan of Yo La Tengo, Tony Maimone of They Might Be Giants).
