SUNY Old Westbury is now formally recognized as a university. The university will continue to be known as SUNY Old Westbury, but its official state education title will change from “State University of New York College at Old Westbury” to “State University of New York at Old Westbury.”
Successfully earning a score on an English examination that would qualify students for college credit at SUNY Old Westbury. Exams include the College Level Exam Program (CLEP) exam, the Advanced Placement exam (AP) or the International Baccalaureate (IB) exam.
