Nina Mary Benita Douglas-Hamilton, Duchess of Hamilton (née Nina Mary Benita Poore; 13 May 1878 – 12 January 1951) was a Scottish peeress of English birth and animal rights activist.

Duchess Nina Douglas-Hamilton dedicated herself to the welfare of animals throughout her life. During World War II, she played a vital role in looking after animals and ensuring they were taken care of, despite the many challenges and difficulties of the war.
Nina Douglas-Hamilton, Duchess of Hamilton and Brandon, died after catching a chill from which she never recovered. Returning home from having brought a petition, signed by over 200 societies, to a private audience with the Pope, she got stuck in a snowstorm and developed a throat condition.
