Mark Jordon (born 25 January 1965) is an English actor, best known for playing PC Phil Bellamy in the British television series Heartbeat, which he left in 2007. A documentary, Heartbeat - Farewell Phil was broadcast later on Christmas Day where he was husband to landlord Gina (Tricia Penrose).

Mark Jordon is a British actor best known for playing PC Phil Bellamy in Heartbeat (1992–2007). He also directed and produced his own short film To the Sea Again (2006) and appeared in other TV shows such as Coronation Street, Emmerdale and Casualty.

Mark Jordon. Actor: Heartbeat. Mark wanted to be an actor after watching Steve McQueen movies as a child. While still at school he attended Oldham Theatre Workshop where he formed the Damned Busters and worked clubs, pubs and did street theatre to earn his Equity card.
