Early 1994 saw another string of personnel changes in TOP: vocalist Brent Carter replaced Tom Bowes, drummer Herman Matthews replaced Russ McKinnon, and trumpeters Greg Adams and Lee Thornburg were replaced by Bill Churchville and Barry Danelian.
Tom Bowes is perhaps best known for being the former lead singer of the legendary, soul, funk and R&B horn band, Tower of Power. For over forty-five years TOP has played to sold-out, international crowds and fiercely loyal fans.
