Bruce Charles Arians (born October 3, 1952) is an American football executive and former coach in the National Football League (NFL). Since 2022, he has been a senior football consultant for the Tampa Bay Buccaneers .
Bruce Arians is the 12th head coach in Buccaneers history and a two-time NFL Coach of the Year. He led the team to its first Super Bowl title in 2020 and has a 76-47-1 regular season record since 2013.
