Mr Bechara. When a lonely widower Anand (Anil Kapoor), finds an amnesiac woman (Sridevi) , he takes her to Dr Dayanand who comes up with an unorthodox plan to help both Anand and the unknown lady. He convinces a reluctant Anand to accept this woman who he christens Asha, as his wife.
Anand is a shy printer and after his wifes death, his quiet life is shattered by the schemes of Dr. Dayanand, a medical man with techniques so unorthodox they border on complete lunacy.
