Bob Berg (Nueva York, 7 de abril de 1951 - 5 de diciembre del 2002) fue un músico estadounidense de jazz y jazz fusion, saxofonista tenor; tocaba también el soprano.
Berg became more widely known when he joined Miles Davis' band in 1984. After leaving Davis's band in 1987, Berg released a series of solo albums and also performed and recorded frequently in a group co-led with guitarist Mike Stern.

Bob Berg was a tenor saxophonist who played hard bop, fusion and contemporary jazz. Learn about his life, career, albums and reviews on AllMusic, a comprehensive music database and guide.
He then joined Chick Corea in 1992, a former Davis associate. Corea’s Acoustic Quartet recorded his 1995 album Time Warp. Berg’s reputation as a jazz pianist was further enhanced by his invitation to play in an excellent acoustic version with Mike Mainieri, vibraphonist in the Steps Ahead.
