Bas Balkissoon (born c. 1952) is a former politician in Ontario, Canada. He was a Liberal member of the Legislative Assembly of Ontario from 2005 to 2016 who represented the riding of Scarborough—Rouge River.

In 2008, Bas served on the Select Committee that developed the Poverty Reduction Strategy. He was the Parliamentary Assistant to the Minister of Health and Long-Term Care from 2007-2010 and to the Minister of Community Safety in 2006-2007. Bas was born in Trinidad and immigrated to Canada in 1970.
