Sir Donald Tsang Yam-kuen GBM KBE (Chinese: 曾蔭權; born 7 October 1944) is a former Hong Kong civil servant who served as the second Chief Executive of Hong Kong from 2005 to 2012.

Donald Tsang (born October 7, 1944, Hong Kong) is a politician in Hong Kong and was the second chief executive of the Hong Kong Special Administrative Region (SAR) of China (2005–12). Tsang grew up in Hong Kong. He joined the Hong Kong Civil Service in 1967.
