Yasuji Okamura (岡村 寧次, Okamura Yasuji, 15 May 1884 – 2 September 1966) was a general of the Imperial Japanese Army, commander-in-chief of the China Expeditionary Army from November 1944 to the end of World War II, and appointed to surrender all Japanese forces involved in the China Burma India theater.

冈村宁次（岡村寧次、おかむらやすじ、Okamura Yasuji）（1884年5月15日—1966年9月2日），男，侵华日军战犯，百团大战后调任华北方面最高司令长官，指挥日军对八路军各抗日根据地进行了残酷的大扫荡。

Yasuji Okamura was a general of the Imperial Japanese Army, commander-in-chief of the China Expeditionary Army from November 1944 to the end of World War II, and appointed to surrender all Japanese forces involved in the China Burma India theater.
He was promoted to the rank of lieutenant general in 1936 with command over the Japanese 2nd Division. In 1938, as the commander of the 11th Army, he participated in a number of battles in China, including the key battles at Wuhan, Nanchang, and Changsha.
El 5 de octubre, las tropas chinas derribaron un avión japonés con órdenes del general Yasuji Okamura de cancelar la ofensiva de Changsha, y la 23.ª División china cercana atacó un puerto de la Armada Imperial Japonesa en Yingtian (ahora Miluo), dañando varios barcos.
