The $850 million Waterfront integrated Resort (Cinnamon Life) is Sri Lanka’s largest and most iconic mixed development, located in the capital city of Colombo.
Cinnamon Life Integrated Resort is located at the very heart of Colombo, surrounded by the pulsating energy of the city’s Central Business District. The Resort is situated right on the scenic waterfront of the serene-green Beira Lake canal, a landmark with a rich colonial history.
Cinnamon Life Integrated Resort is the first integrated resort in Sri Lanka and the largest private investment in the country. Sri Lankan-British architect, Cecil Balmond designed the resort while Hyundai Engineering & Construction is the main contractor.
