The Firelights are a group of Zaunites who were dedicated to disrupting Silco's Shimmer business, and thus his control over their home. When an opportunity is found, the group would interfere with Silco's business transactions, destroying their shipments of Shimmer as much as they could.

Where did the mechanical Firelights come from (the ones that blew up on the bridge)? Did Ekko activate them as a fail safe when he is attached, or did one of his crew send them?
Ekko is a Zaunite inventor and the leader of the Firelights. He is also the childhood friend of Vi and Jinx. Hardened from the harsh tragedies that he experienced as a child, Ekko aspires to free the undercity from Silco's rule and is willing to put everything he has, including his own life, at stake to achieve it.
Firelights are a species of insects that are native to Zaun and are very similar to real-life fireflies. They first appeared in the music video for Enemy and would go on to have a larger appearance in Arcane.
In your opinion, how will Ekko and the firelights perceive jinx in the second season once they find out she killed silco and blew up the council?? Will it be positive? Or will it stay the same? Will she be considered a hero like in the lore?
