POSTAL: Brain Damaged is a spin-off title in the POSTAL series developed by HYPERSTRANGE and CreativeForge Games, and published by Running with Scissors and HYPERSTRANGE. The game was released on PC on June 9th, 2022, with a PlayStation 4/5 release on October 25th 2023, and a planned Xbox and Nintendo Switch release later on.
