Rhys Ifans (born Rhys Owain Evans; 22 July 1968) is a Welsh actor who portrays Xenophilius Lovegood, Luna Lovegood's eccentric father and editor of The Quibbler, in Harry Potter and the Deathly Hallows: Part 1.
Rhys Ifans is a Welsh actor who has appeared in films such as Notting Hill, Harry Potter and the Deathly Hallows: Part 1, and The Amazing Spider-Man. He also played Peter Cook in the TV film Not Only But Always and won a BAFTA award for his performance.
