The Bullitt Center is a six-story office building that aims to be the world's greenest commercial building, using composting toilets, rainwater collection, photovoltaic panels and more. Designed by Miller Hull Partnership, it opened in 2013 and showcases its innovative systems to the public.

Se trata de un edificio autosuficiente en energía, agua y materiales, con sistemas de calefacción, ventilación y compostaje innovadores.
Arquitectura verde ante las oficinas más sostenibles el mundo. Las malas lenguas comentan y esta vez nos trasladamos a Estados Unidos, en Seattle donde podemos observar al edificio energéticamente más eficiente del mundo, el Bullit Center.
24 de abr. de 2015 · El Bullitt Center es un edificio de Seattle que se construyó con materiales ecológicos y que genera su propia energía solar y agua de lluvia. Es el primer edificio en obtener la certificación Living Building y busca inspirar a otros profesionales de la construcción para diseñar proyectos más racionales y beneficiosos.
El Bullitt Center es un proyecto comercial que cumple con los requisitos del Living Building Challenge, diseñado para tener un consumo neto de agua y energía igual a cero. Su estructura de acero soporta la cubierta solar, la superestructura y la cerramiento perimetral, y también contribuye a la recuperación del entorno y la plusvalía social.
