7 de dic. de 2020 · People preferring the new artstyle because it's "closer to the LNs" the only thing closer to the LNs is MAYBE the style of the eyes. The previous style had a much more 'faithful' if you will take on the hairstyles and uniforms.
But in every metric that could be considered objective, the new art style is better. Mainly i prefer the old art stly, especially with some characters, but even the new is likewise beauty, with a design better on some characters respect to the old. They are alternated.
People who like the change always throw in how the animation and story is superior compared to the other seasons, or at least S3. They’re not wrong, but the debate is never about those things, it’s about the art style and the art style alone.
