Lee Marvin (Nueva York, Estados Unidos, 19 de febrero de 1924 - Tucson, Arizona, 29 de agosto de 1987) fue un actor de televisión y cine estadounidense. Recordado por el tono grave de su voz (bajo profundo), su pelo cano y su estatura (1,88m). Ganador del premio Óscar al mejor actor en 1965 por su doble papel en la película La ingenua explosiva.
Marvin achieved numerous accolades when he portrayed both gunfighter Kid Shelleen and criminal Tim Strawn in a dual role for the comedy Western film Cat Ballou (1965), alongside Jane Fonda, a surprise hit which won him the Academy Award for Best Actor, along with a BAFTA Award, a Golden Globe Award, an NBR Award, and the Silver Bear for Best Actor.
The Professionals is a 1966 American Western film written, produced, and directed by Richard Brooks and starring Burt Lancaster, Lee Marvin, Robert Ryan, Woody Strode, with Jack Palance, Claudia Cardinale and Ralph Bellamy in supporting roles.
