The Upgraded Titan Clockman is now insanely durable, and can revive a titan easily in contrast to his normal form, where it took a very large amount of energy. Upgraded Titan Clockman has a Quad-Clock Gun attached to his right arm, which is similar to the Clock Gun but it rotates and has 4 Cannons.
For now, Upgraded Titan Clockman is the strongest unit and is tied with the most range (80) with Hunter Cameraman. It is much stronger than Upgraded Titan Drill Man, due to the additional 5K DPS, cheaper Placement Cost, and has the strongest ability in the game.
