Paul Lukas (born Pál Lukács; 26 May 1894 – 15 August 1971) was a Hungarian actor. He won the Academy Award for Best Actor, and the first Golden Globe Award for Best Actor – Motion Picture Drama, for his performance in the film Watch on the Rhine (1943), reprising the role he created on the Broadway stage.
Lukas nació en Budapest en 1894. En 1927, se mudó a Hollywood luego de una carrera cinematográfica y teatral exitosa en Hungría, Alemania y Austria, donde trabajó con Max Reinhardt. Realizó su debut teatral en Budapest en 1916 y su debut cinematográfico en 1917.

Actor de teatro desde los años veinte, intervino especialmente en producciones de Max Reinhardt en Berlín y Viena. En 1927 se traslada a Hollywood cuando le llama Adolph Zukor e inicia una brillante carrera de seductor y, por su acento, de "traidor". En varias ocasiones encarnó nazis.
